Website information
Privacy Notice
How information is handled when you visit jdanielguitar.com or submit a wedding inquiry.
Effective October 4, 2026
Information you provide
When you submit the availability form, HoneyBook processes the contact and wedding details you choose to provide so J. Daniel Guitar can respond to your inquiry, prepare services, and manage the client relationship.
Optional website analytics
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 measures website visits and interactions, and Microsoft Clarity provides aggregated behavior information and session recordings. These tools are used to understand website performance and improve the visitor experience. Analytics remain disabled on this site unless you accept them.
Embedded services
This website uses HoneyBook for inquiries and privacy-enhanced YouTube embeds for performance videos. When you use an embedded service, that provider may process information under its own privacy terms.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores your analytics preference in your browser so it can remember your choice. Analytics providers may use cookies or similar technology only after analytics are accepted.
Your choices
You can accept or decline optional analytics when prompted. Use the “Privacy choices” control in the footer at any time to change your selection. Declining analytics does not prevent you from viewing the site or submitting an inquiry.
Information sharing
Information is shared with service providers only as needed to operate the website, measure performance when permitted, and respond to inquiries. J. Daniel Guitar does not sell personal information.
Retention and requests
Inquiry and client information is retained only as reasonably needed for communication, service delivery, recordkeeping, and applicable business obligations. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you provided, use the website inquiry form and identify the request as a privacy request.
Changes
This notice may be updated as the website or its service providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
